We have expanded our product portfolio in the Nordics. We are now the proud owners of 5 loan products and one deposit product in DK, SE and FI (VIVUS.DK™, Zaplo.dk™, VIVUS.SE™, Friia.se™, 4Spar.se™, VIVUS.FI™) and we have ambitious growth plans for the business in the region. As a result, we drive significant growth in our marketing investments and activities why we now face a need for further expanding our marketing team with a Nordic CRM and marketing automation manager. We are looking for a person who can lead our customer contact programs and our marketing automation to the next level and drive strong revenue growth in our customer marketing channels in the region.

 

What role?
This role specifically requires an experienced customer marketing specialist who is ambitious and ready to take the lead on customer marketing platform for 4finance in the Nordics. You will be in charge of a team of three customer marketing specialists – one in each country (DK/SE/FI) – and manage their career plans at 4finance. You will drive the customer marketing plans in the region across acquisition, cross sell/up-sell and retention. You will lead the ongoing development of our marketing automation platform and improve customer experience and customer responsiveness of our marketing communications through real time automation in key customer contact areas in the region. You will also lead us to a best in class CRM analytics setup and advanced market standards on targeting and segmentation approaches across our customer databases. All in all, your dedicated work will drive improved revenue streams from customer marketing in the region.

The Nordic CRM and marketing automation manager role is a manager role with three direct reports in DK, SE and FI and the role will report to the Nordic Marketing Director.

The role is positioned around, but is not limited to, the following work areas:

  • Managing 3 direct reports in DK, SE and FI
  • Leading customer segmentation, scoring models and targeting approach in the region
  • Setting up advanced CRM analytics approach across the products (dashboard setup is available)
  • Driving customer marketing plans across acquisition, cross sell and retention in the region
  • Driving our Marketing automation platform and ongoing development in the region
  • Specific ownership of executing the customer marketing campaigns in DK together with DK customer marketing manager
  • Responsibility for achieving and exceeding budgeted Nordic financial goals in customer marketing
  • Carrying out management reporting on customer marketing plans and performance to local management and HQ


You will take strong leadership of the customer marketing team and drive motivation and performance and create a best in class customer marketing organization in the Nordics for 4finance. You’re not alone: All of this will be carried out in cooperation with your region colleagues, our HQ in Riga, our digital hub in Warszawa, and our IT center in Prague. Hence, you should also expect some travelling will be required.

 

Can it be me?
We expect you to be native in Danish, very proficient in English, and have 3-5-year experience in Customer marketing from a similar role in another business or an agency consultancy role with a proven track record of performance results. You are a marketing automation tech specialist strongly experienced within automation platforms such as Salesforce and Sales Manago or the like. You have hands on experience in customer segmentation and campaign flows management. This is where your passion is – working with the detailed day to day flow-management to improve performance. You are data-driven by nature with strong analytical and data interpretation skills and you are results-oriented with a customer focused attitude. You are so to speak dedicated by heart on driving improved business sales through optimizing the customer journeys.

You have a strong drive and you enjoy taking responsibility and initiative, and you are motivated by working together with people from different cultures and functional areas. Furthermore, you have an entrepreneurial approach to projects with the ability to plan resources, workflows and meet deadlines. And, most importantly, you care about our customers’ experience when using our products!
