Job overview

The Group CMO is responsible for the overall Group Marketing team and the Group Marketing Agency, which will be developed as a stand-alone Marketing Agency. This includes strategy, branding, Creative, PR, Social Media, Sponsoring for in-house lines of business as well as external clients. The responsibility also includes the overall tactical marketing, Channels, Traffic, Websites, Advertising, Blogs, Publications, Events etc.

  • We are looking for an extremely high-level person with experience in similar positions.
  • The candidate should represent an entrepreneurial personality, cover a strategic approach but must be hands-on at the same time.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Very good English language skills is required.
  • Inter-cultural skills and experience, as well as modern leadership skills is a must.
  • A very broad talent for design, forms & dimensions, wording/text/editing is required.
  • Agency background is an option.

 

Main responsibilities

Develop and lead the Marketing Agency as a stand-alone business, as well as overlook and support the IFZA Marketing and IFZA Events activities.

 
Strategic Marketing, mid & long-term

How do we want to be perceived, look&feel of our brands, what are the messages into the market, how do we position ourselves
Marketing targets, CI, CD, PR, Tactical Marketing

 
Communication Channels:

Website traffic, Social Media, Advertising, Publications, Blogs, Webinars, Seminars etc.
Developing content, PR, Promotions, Sales support, Creative, Design, Branding, Creating Direct Sales Leads, Internal Communication (IFZA employees)

 
IFZA Events & others:

  • Mainly targeting our agents/resellers and end-clients
  • We have a fully equipped events entity that creates events for our agents as well as event services in the open market
  • We have large LED equipment, Audio, Furniture, decoration etc. in our inventory
  • Sponsorships
  • Merchandise
  • Marketing budget
  • Building and developing a highly skilled and performing team

 
Overlooking and supporting our other areas of business such as:
E-commerce shop
marketing and promoting properties

 

Qualifications & skills

  • Full English proficiency is required
  • Experience with B2B marketing, Branding, Strategy, tactical advertising, digital savvy
  • Additional spoken languages are a plus
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Leadership experience
  • Skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to a new market

 

Experience

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in marketing, with a focus on B2B, Brand Building, Event, advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels, technologies, and trends
  • Experience managing and leading a team of marketing professionals
